Under persecution they didn’t let their circumstances dictate how they responded – rather, their default response was to look to their ‘Sovereign Lord’ and pray for a release of boldness to continue proclaiming and demonstrating the Gospel. in our walk with God, we too must learn, in every circumstance, to look to Jesus as our first response.
